Shipping

We send all orders using door-to-door courier delivery and we charge a flat fee of R99 for all deliveries.

Our warehouse is based in Durban so orders within Durban will be delivered within 2 business days. Other major centers will be 2 – 4 business days. Outlying towns and regional areas can take up to 8 business days.

Return Policy & Refunds

1. Returns and Refunds
1.1. You must notify Bigluck of any return within 7 days of purchasing the item.
1.2. We will only process a return and a refund if you notify us at info@bigluck.co.za.  Bigluck will request you to take photos of the
damaged item and send it to us.
1.3. If the item is faulty or broken, Bigluck will be liable for the return courier cost. If the item is returned because you changed you
mind or simply don’t want it, then you are liable for the return courier cost.
1.4. The items must not be returned to the manufacturer.
1.5. Replacements,refunds or credits will only be done once the items in question have been returned to our warehouse and inspected.
1.6. A 15% Handling / Transaction fee will be deducted from refunds when orders get cancelled for no valid reason or simply not
wanting it any more.
1.7. If items were received damaged or defective,Bigluck will replace them. we will refund you in full if said item is out of stock.
1.8. Returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original packaging and have not been modified in any way.
1.9. If there is evidence that an item has been in use, a refund will not be given.
1.10. Timing may vary to receive you exchanged product due to the area you live in.(city or outlying area)
1.11. Should you wish to return an item, use a shipping service with a tracking number, to track an item to ensure that it has been
received by us.
1.12. The initial delivery charge and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from a refund of an item that you returned, if the item was
returned because you had a change of mind or simply don’t want it any more.

2. Exclusion Returns-Returns of the following items will not be accepted.

When items by reason of their nature cannot be returned

2.1. When items by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
2.2. When products are made to customer specifications or personalised.
2.3. Reading material in any form.
2.4. When incorrect clothing or shoe size has been ordered.
2.5. Products which constitutes food items, beverages or other items intended for daily consumption.
2.6. Any computer software, audio or video recording, where the storage media seal is broken and item used.
2.7. Perishable or soon to expire products.
2.8. For the provision of leisure services, transport, accommodation, travel, catering etc if Bigluck.co.za or its agents or suppliers
undertake to provide these services on a specific date or within a specific time period.
